Kolsch dry hopped w/ Barbe Rouge & Mandarina Bavaria
Can you hear me now? How about now? Now? Can You Hear Me Now is our take on an unfiltered hoppy kolsch and oh boy is it crispy! After 5 weeks of cold conditioning it pours a (slightly) hazy golden yellow, with a tight, pillowy head. The nose is like a freshly opened Welch’s fruit candy with mild citrus, grass, and crackery malt. Each sip is a hit of light, crisp, and balanced bitterness on the palate.
